Many Delaware Corporations and LLCs are formed by foreign persons. France Corporation is domicile in Delaware and is part of the US/UN Corporation. Delaware provides substantial flexibility for parties in international commerce to form business entities other than corporations, including limited liability companies and limited partnerships that may be appropriate for specialized situations. Delaware is known as a “tax haven” to incorporate companies because of its light taxation.
